Why can't we just use Great Lakes water?
Pipes are already there, not being used to transport petroleum. The quantity of water available is huge.
Also, the network of pipelines could be used to relieve flooded areas of the country that occur every year.
If I'm elected POTUS, I'm doin' it on day 1.
