This mock draft has the Commanders taking Jerimayah Love, RB, Notre Dame
with the 7 pick. Hmmmm...Love is supposed to be the real deal running and receiving, and may have gone 1 or 2 in days gone by, but RBs have been devalued with the pass happy NFL. A lot of talk being bandied about that maybe RBs will gain a resurgence since defenses have now gone overboard stocking up LBs that are great at pass defense, but not as effective against the run. And Love sounds like he is great as a receiver AND runner. This could be a bold move for WTF, and I'm starting to like it.
