“Pink” Moon from Sandston Virginia…………🌖🌖🌖
Saw the moon rise after leaving the Y. Really impressive when I first saw it just above the horizon.
After driving home, digging out the digital zoom camera, finding 4 AA batteries, digging out the tripod, had to find the camera attachment thingy that was on the other tripod, drove around to find a spot, and this is what I came up with in 4 shots.

I would say more taupish . . . a lighter warmer sandy gray/brown.**
