since its been long enough now, what did people think of stranger things?
I honestly had never heard of it until like a year ago. I was like whatever. anyway I came home early in December and told my wife, this seems really big in pop culture, we should watch it. So we started on the Journey and watched all 41 episodes prior to the finale release on 12/31. I'm 42 so I remember the being kid, a very nostalgist show for me.
Anyway, I got sick 1 day and stayed home so we basically watched an entire season in 1 day which allowed us to watch enough to be able to catch up and not have any internet spoliers ruin it. Having 2 small kids its and only like 2 hours a night I didn't think we'd be able to get to them all in time until that happened.
Anyway, Ending was solid. I thought the battle could have been more challenging. The open ending was fine with me. Not a perfect ending but not bad.
What did people think?

Yep. Shows that big tend to collapse under their own weight, like GoT. **
