...losing subcutaneous fat? I think they're related, but I don't think it's a direct correlation. I'm trying to predict when I'll see my next visceral fat index drop. My last two drops were on July 2nd and August 5th. I also lost 4.3 pounds of visceral fat over that period. Now that I'm on a Keto diet, my subcutaneous fat is dropping at a more rapid rate than before, with 2.2 pounds (of S-fat) lost over the last 7 days.
