TMI post. Let’s talk maggots.

25 years and for the first time our outdoor trash can had maggots. Nasty, indestructible creatures. No bug spray kills them. They were swimming in Raid and pretty much mocking me. No effect. I tried a diluted bleach solution. We’ll see if it works. I was hoping it would kill on contact. But it didn’t. I like summer. But I’ll say this for winter: it keeps the insects at bay.
