Everybody Loves Raymond is funnier than Seinfeld

I've come to this conclusion. Honestly, I don't think it's all that close. At first, I thought is was just that Raymond is more relatable for me...suburban vs City folk, married with kids vs single folk, crazy inlaws, etc. Ray seems to be slightly more rooted in reality. Seinfeld is funny enough, sometimes really funny. But on an episode in/episode out basis, Ray brings the funny harder. I'm not a laugh out loud at the TV kinda guy, but sometimes I can't help it watching Ray. There. I'm happy to have cleared up any confusion you may have had about these 20 year old shows.
