a "kid" my son played baseball with at Albemarle HS and, who I caddied for in the VSGA Amateur at Bayville in VA Beach, playing in the PGA Championship. Kid finally got his stuff together mentally and I cant be happier for him. He's a teaching pro out at VA Beach National and he has his own teaching facility at his house. Golf Channel did a little feature on him and Golf Digest has a nice write up on him out now. (Robbie)Rupe Taylor is his name. Golf course is going to be too big for him, but hell....he made it there. So proud of him. Dude had a rough upbringing.
