Random Monday question

Anybody remember this contraption possibly used at tailgates to sell beer back in the day. It’s a backpack 2.5 gallon keg holder with a sleeve for CO2 and cups. Outfitted with vintage lap belts to make it a back pack. This was found downstairs at top of the stairs while cleaning out old stuff and a friend gave it to me 20 years ago. I put new poppits and springs on the kegs but never filled them. Let me know if you know what car these seat belts came from and you win! Also let me know if you know any Hokie brewers who may want it. The master brewer in Blacksburg declined already.
