Hey lawyer want to be's. If my kid was released from her job, given four

weeks of severance and has been asked to sign a "Severance Agreement", would the severance agreement keep her from collecting unemployment if she is still unemployed in four weeks? Not a lot of info, I know.

Probably. But depends upon the terms of the agreement. **

how long she worked the job is important to the situation **
