One of the applicants middle name was Wayne to which I immediately replied you are going to get a hit. How do you know that she replied. Well there is John Wayne Gacy, Wayne Williams, Wayne Adam Ford and many others and his full name just screams serial killer. After doiing some research I found out there are 223 killer Waynes on a list somebody is keeping. When the report came back there it was a recent discharge of firearm violation and resisting arrest nailed it.. I had to do some more research and came across this website for expecting mothers and fathers to name ther newborns. Wayne was listed by crime as most likely for parole violations but when you look at the United States map there is certainly a lot of Js and one was this guy's first name. Melissa .....
