PSA: Colonoscopy's are a pain in the ass!
I didn't do the regular water jug prep this time. I took a series of 24 pills over 20 minute intervals 5 hrs apart.
The first 12 pills started at 7PM last night then at 1AM this morning the next 12 pills. They worked very well.
I didn't even try to go to bed last night as I knew that wouldn't be very fruitful.
I left the house at 5:15AM to head down to the hospital in Abingdon. I wore a pair of Depends because the action was still ongoing.
