in the NRV they recommend? We've been house-hunting for close to a year now, with largely depressing results. But one came on the market over the holiday, we were the first to look at it, and the seller's said if we could make an attractive offer, they would just cancel all the other showings and save them the trouble and us the bidding war. Done. The only thing keeping it from being perfect is it doesn't have space for my workshop. But there is plenty of room in the back yard to build one, so we're going with that. I am going to need power run out to the workshop (so adding a couple of sub panels, and digging a trench to run the lines), and I'd really like the service panel cleaned up a bit. I'm fine with adding a circuit here and there, but this is probably more than I want to bite off myself. Anyone got an electrician in the NRV they recommend?
