Kootenay National Park, Canada
This one often gets overlooked in favor of Banff and Jasper but it's a worthwhile visit.
As a rule, Canadian national parks are a notch below those in the U.S. Visitor centers are hit and miss in number and quality, trails aren't always marked as clearly, and (oddly enough) they don't always have signs on the road pointing you in the direction of key features of the park.
1 - headwaters of the Columbia River, one of the few in the area that doesn't originate at a glacier
2- Kootenay River carving its way through white cliffs
3 - what eons of scouring by glacial silt does to the bedrock
4 - Stanley Glacier and (on the right of the pic) a several hundred foot waterfall coming off it
