My life is complete. As a former Pasta Slinger at the Vapiano in Ballston
it has always been a goal of mine to make the Pasta Slinger's Pilgrimage to Germany, where Vapiano originated, and get a meal. I just had a delightfully okay meal at the Vapiano Freiberg. My man, Anthony, wasn't quite as excited about me being a fellow pasta chef as I was. He did a pretty decent job with the dish. Boy, it gave me the itch to get behind the line and start wok'in out and making spicy as hell dishes.
