Polish Ham vs Country Ham
Which one is better?
I was a huge country ham growing up in in WV/VA but we ate it only at breakfast with biscuits.
Married an eastern european and started to eat polish ham (Krakus) quite a bit. Today I had a Palmetto Cheese and Krakus ham sandwich and it was pretty damn good (good enough where I want to make a few more).
