checks my boxes and fits the workspace. During the home network build, the basement TV will get upgraded (currently a 2011 60" Samsung with 3D) will move to another wall with some new cabinets and shelves and get hard wired into the network. Also, Beverage fridge gets moved from that wall to a new area under the stairs. Whole room becomes my room with plaques, awards, airplane (Navy/FedEx) pics and memorabilia and a Hokie Wall. Also, should be space for the Pelaton and Concept2. I've never had my own room/office. Just wish there was room for a real bar, but there are double doors to the ground level terrace, under the main floor back deck) - cornhole and cigars. I'll build a small bar. 😎🤙🏻
