Sold my house in NoVa and moved to Nashville in March for a temporary stay

since my son was getting married in Nashville. That happened 10 days ago and now we are moving to Charleston where we have a rental until we buy a house. Gonna take our time to find the right area while the proceeds from my NoVa house earn 3.5% interest. Renting in Mt. Pleasant but looking there and in surrounding areas.
