You obviously don't get copied on the email complaints he gets or Report Abuse notices (when it's working). He said knock it off and the pendulum is on the short fuse side now. Will is the head honcho, the big cheese, numero uno, etc., so our cries of mercy and fairness don't mean diddly. And this too shall pass [with the upgraded web site]...hopefully. Carry on!
