As much as I hate calling on AI, is that worse than "New findings" posts?

"Research on caffeine is extensive, covering numerous health and performance outcomes. For example, a comprehensive review of cardiovascular health analyzed more than 300 studies published between the late 1980s and 2017. Other large-scale investigations include a meta-analysis of 246 studies regarding exercise performance and a review of nine studies focusing on cognitive effects in children. "Cardiovascular Health: Over 300 studies reviewed by Turnbull et al. indicated that moderate caffeine consumption does not increase cardiovascular disease risk and may be protective. "Exercise Performance: A meta-analysis by Carvalho et al. examined 246 studies to determine if habitual consumption affects caffeine's ergogenic benefits. Cognitive Effects in Children: A meta-analysis by Stein et al. evaluated nine studies to assess acute behavioral and cognitive impacts. "While these examples highlight specific large-scale reviews, caffeine is recognized as one of the most comprehensively studied ingredients in the food supply, with thousands of individual studies contributing to the broader body of scientific literature."
