My middle school had a guy who did it SO often that he was widely known as>

The "Mad Bomber"...It was an outdoor campus style school and the crazy (STUPID) thing was, he would use the pay phone out side and across from the Principal's window. He'd call, the principal would answer, he'd look out his window and see the "MB" on the phone. He got caught every time! His parents were super rich, so we all figured that's why he kept getting let loose (although he WAS a middle schooler and underage)
