Had a friend from childhood days (elementary thru HS) who got himself…

Set up pretty well as a local insurance agent in Charleston in the 80s. All the claims from Hugo bankrupted his dreams and completely altered his life path. Hopefully nothing like that happens again there….

Builder was Winchester and the gaps were definitely not visible. The leak
