Not to belabor the issues, so much, but the apparent onslaught of literally millions of bot attacks isn't just happening here. Hacking websites has become far more sophisticated and enduring and every time a patch is applied with any confidence it's blown apart. Will and Chris could be the only writers on TSL and have an IT staff of 20 and it's not certain the attacks could have been curtailed and contained. I have no idea what the population of TSL posters is, but that number pales in the face of millions of pirates and bandits blasting away at us.
