Short Uber/Taxi rides from just about anywhere between the Capital & White
House.... The Willard is a nice one that I like to frequent. Lots to walk to for dinner & entertainment there. Taxi was $11 to go from Union Station to the Willard.

Don't necessarily limit yourself to near Union Station. The DC Metro runs
