VA has a narrowing vertical member at the support. Same expectation.

Of course, these are smaller signs. Yes, replacing the concrete foundation is a byotch compared to resetting the sign support frame. What pissed me off was vehicles getting behind the guardrail meant to protect the big sign structure. Typically, the driver probably fell asleep.
