I love induction heating surfaces, but it does cut down a bit of cookware.
I bought an inductive "hot plate" for roasting coffee outside, and it took a while to find a stove top popcorn popper. Most of those are aluminum.
I'll buy an inductive range the next time I'm in the market. I think I've rid myself of all aluminum cookware.
