Wow! The cost has gone up! Ours was $3k back in 2018.
Initially, we would let her in the back yard to do her business, and on a leash at that. Walks were only done as needed to get her to relieve herself. Indoors, we tried to keep her in an enclosed area to prevent her from running in the house every time she'd hear the doorbell ring, another dog bark, etc. Walks were very short at first, getting a bit longer as time passed. And we did some PT ourselves, flexing her leg to keep it loose - talk to your vet about this, and they'll give you the details if they haven't already. Again, the main issue to guard against, as I remember, was to keep her from running while she was healing. I'd even carry her upstairs at night before we went to bed. Next thing I know, she started expecting me to do this - even as she got better. :-) For a (mostly) hound dog, she can be a diva.
Best of luck to you. You'll both be fine.

Got it back in 2018. Good results. It's a bit on the costly side ($3000).
