Grew up riding around in my folks 1968 Bonneville

The 68s started a trend of even larger front noses (for lack of a better term). My Dad (VT ME 51) had a bit of a short fuse (understatement). One day he got pissed at a small car that repeatedly cut him off on Northampton Blvd in VB. So the last time he was a little slow hitting the brakes and put a nice V-shaped dent it the rear of the other car. Not a scratch on the Bonneville. ** Edited by HokiesChemicals at 5/2/2024, 2:17:49 PM ** Edited by HokiesChemicals at 5/2/2024, 2:19:05 PM

I get that GM needed to trim it's lineup a bit. It was definitely bloated.

That was my reasoning too. Buick should have been cut, since it was...

GM kinda killed Saturn with it's own incompetence.
Tafkam Hokie 05/02/24 02:26 PM ET
Agree. Never understood keeping Buick and trying to change the brand..
