The passing of a teaching great. Shook his hand at the end of 2nd Q
honors chem. He was one of the last grad students the last living student of Friedrich August Kekulé, who discovered the structure of the benzene ring and started structural chemistry. Sticks and balls anyone? Brice looked at his students as progeny of the greats.
