It helps to put Miracle-Gro Garden Soil as a top spread to keep the seeds
from blowing away, or being eaten by birds, and aiding with germination after your soil prep. Also, be sure to water the area until the grass begins to sprout. Oh, and don't use any pre-emergent, such as crab grass or weed control, before all this.
