We, as a society - what 'structures' to catch 'it' have we already created
that have placed us en route to stopping this occurrence from worsening? Who are we pawning 'it' off on so that we 'all' get hurt?
I challenge the notion that 'all these people are mentally ill'. Some are reacting to events and some are just flat evil but neither of those behavioral conditions is anywhere near 'mental illness'. You may as well label someone 'mentally ill' for burglary and failure to pay child support if the mental definition keeps expanding.
