No doubt and it's extremely rare to remove this type of crane...

until you are finished using it. They and their foundations are designed for significant wind, but obviously there are failures. I wanted to clarify the process, as I've seen it reported incorrectly throughout social media.

They take a long time to put up, consequently it takes a long time to

Not true. A tower crane can be assembled/disassembled in a day or two.
