Not true. A tower crane can be assembled/disassembled in a day or two.

The time consuming part is arranging for the support crane(s) and getting the proper permits for road closures to stage those support cranes and the trucks/trailers. Some jurisdictions are quicker than others, but this is the part that takes planning & time, not the actual removal of the crane.

No doubt and it's extremely rare to remove this type of crane...
