Exactly the opposite...

She actually TAUGHT the material and was able to get us to absorb that material. Plus, she had very liberal office hours. She would take several of us at a time and basically have a group study session. If you took the time to visit her during office hours, you KNEW that material once you left. I'll never forget how to apply Cauchy-Euler formula to linear functions.
