get a big raise. Smart move for you. We've been here much longer than anticipated, though we got very lucky on property taxes. Our township is the lowest taxing authority within Bucks County by about 1/2. It was shear luck. If we moved our house across the river we'd pay about $15k more in property taxes. Plus more income tax.
