Davidson is a slog to uptown. The traffic in rush hour
(3pm - 7:30pm) is very heavy. Getting off the freeway into uptown to Spectrum is a grind. If there's a wreck on 77 and there usually is, you could fall short of that merch session. Not sure when you were last here, but traffic volume has increased exponentially and rapidly. It's one of the three top reasons we moved away three years ago.
