oh ok- yes- in mountains we went if the weatherman didn't come through

but here in the carolinas.... cold and rain cancels it sometimes... but that's ok- one year they cancelled the make up days because so many people had already booked the beach trips.... and the makeup days were be so lightly attended or hurt the beach economy .... no one does anything the last few days anyway - right?
