That grinds my gears.

Of all the Confederate generals, Robert E. Lee was the most honorable. He would've been the Union's big cheese general if he hadn't been asked to burn down his home state of Virginia. He opposed secession. He opposed slavery. When it was over, he urged his men to go home and enjoy the peace they'd earned and NOT continue to fight. He deserves a lot better than he's gotten these last 10-15 years.
