It’s all for attention and the result of poor coping skills.

This is a result of “everyone gets a trophy” and “there are no failures/losers”. Rejection is a powerful teaching moment…yet we have coddled this new generation and they have become delusional. People can’t handle their choices have consequences and everyone just doesn’t get a trophy in life.
