Have those checked, especially the alternator.
Generally speaking a vehicle should be able to stay parked for a week at a time and still have enough juice to start, but if there is even a slighter than normal draw, it may be enough to drain the battery only driving it once a week.
Recommend if they say the battery and alternator are OK, try driving it once every 2-3 days to just recharge the battery. You probably should still do a parasitic draw test yourself. Thought the video was excellent, especially with disconnecting the multimeter before opening a door, then clamping off the door switch so the light won't come on before reconnecting the meter.
Would say that check will only take you a half hour max (probably more like 15 minutes). Once you've IDed the fuse, you can research it from there. If you don't have time to run the circuit down, you can always pull that circuit breaker when you park it, then put it back in when you drive it as a temporary work around. Either that, or you can add a simple battery disconnect until the problem has been resolved.
Good luck!

Could be a stymied Johnson rod. See if the bearings have turned blue. **
