Obviously you're joking but never do that. The person on the other end

could potentially reverse look up your cell number and then attempt to extort you by claiming either they are a minor or they are going to send the picture to anyone they can find associated with you via social media or background check apps. Young people have killed themselves because they sent a lewd picture to the wrong person who then threatened them and they felt like they had no way out.
