any thoughts on expanding current ?

all of this is lounge talk by the way - my stepdad was a contractor- it's just you never know what you are getting into with lots and etc... you really have to do your research to make sure you don't have alot of extra costs on land drainage- foundation etc... before you buy- i mean yeah - he used to say take your first estimate and multiply X 3 to make sure you can afford what is about to happen- the reason people buy and improve is so they can put a Lid on it
