Squats, leg presses and hamstring curls

When I started the squats...I did them with no added weight. Just a big fitness ball against the wall...and went through the motions. A few sets of 20 to 30 reps each. Gradually added weight to that routine...and eventually left the fit ball and went to traditional squats with the rack at the gym. Same level of caution with the other exercises. Very little weight at first...and just added over time. I was lucky. Everything responded well. But I still have to do that seated piriformis stretch after I run to keep the stiffness in check.
