We Home Inspectors have been schooled to check
condensate drainage to be sure it drains at a proper slope and to a proper outflow location. By inspecting this we can determine almost always what the pipes’ condition is. More often than not, the line is leaking or otherwise compromised and that’s what signals the warning you gave.
