Hmm...I think YouTube is still filtered

Looking over my kids shoulder, YouTube videos that play have a tag "viewable by MCPS". I assume if some things are intentionally viewable, other things are being filtered. But I'm not tech savvy, and I'm sure older kids have found some workarounds. But the older kids accounts are still active, and they also have phones, Xboxes, etc. I just don't see what this accomplishes really, and they stated reason for doing it seems kind of weak.... particularly since they did not solicit parent opinions prior.
