Weigh in every morning, before I start lifting and go to the gym
Consistency in early morning in weigh-ins. Consistency in diet. Consistency in exercise. Consistency in sleep. Consistency in everything I'm doing now.
Generally speaking, my weight doesn't significantly change from day to day, unless it's from hydration. Per my smart scale, my hydration hasn't significantly changed over the past 7 days...frankly not much of a change since I started using it. Over the past 4-6 weeks since I started using it, my lowest value was 46.8%, and my highest value was 49.3%. Hydration saturation is showing being up 1.5% over the last four days, and up 0.5% over the last 7 days, so I'm pretty sure the 4.2 lbs lost probably isn't water weight loss.

While in a caloie deficit you will almost inevitably also lose muscle mass.
