I think that assumes facts not in evidence

I'm not totally familiar with the area, but I'm assuming the first time it crossed under the bridge was when this incident happened...

It was on the ocean side of the bridge. The East River is tidal and the

The main mast was 30 feet higher than the bridge's clearance of 135 ft.**
