Not talking about scooters or bikes that are licensed for street use, but actual minibikes. Two were on a divided 4-lane street (Princess Ann), and the 3rd on a 2-lane secondary street. Not a neighborhood street, but one with regular traffic. ** Edited by EDGEMAN at 7/12/2026, 4:32:57 PM
