I'd say the Seattle Kraken, but it would be wrong for two reasons
They are only three years old and are at least decent. I figure the all-time highest win percentage is probably barely over 55%. It's going to be hard to stay above that line over the long term, so any team that's been around for 50- or 100 years will struggle to get there.
But a three year old team could absolutely get there.
However:
1 - You didn't include the NHL
2 - Their first season was really bad. So even though they made the playoffs in year 2, their overall win percentage is still under .500.
