what I read was they were from another case

not even relevant to the case, but there was some question about it because of sloppy record keeping, so the judge ruled they should have been disclosed. Wow, talk about a technicality. Reminds me of the scene from to Live and Die in LA where the defense attorney says he is going to get his client off because the search warrant from the search that found the murder weapon said the house was brown and it is obviously beige.
